Once your registration has been submitted and paid for, artwork will be juried and all decisions are final. The registration fee will be refunded to artists not chosen to participate. Once an artist has been accepted, no refunds are given. All studios take personal financial responsibility for their artwork and spaces. Neither South Central Studio ARTour nor it's affiliates accept responsibility for breakage, theft, vandalism or other issues arising from the artists' participation in the event. Artists should ensure that they have proper insurance on their artwork, businesses and studios prior to registration. (Consult your insurance provider for details.)
